For security reasons persons not in possession of an entrance badge, should also register providing their full name, date of birth and e-address in order to access the European Parliament. Registrations should be sent no later than the 4th of December 2007, 12h00. Once registered you may obtain your 1 day access badge to the EP from 8h30  the day of the conference from the main entrance of the European Parliament, Rue Wiertz, Altiero Spinelli building, Brussels.
